I’m a bushman who’s spent over 20 years living and working in the NZ bush. I have always read Sci Fi (Greg Bear, frank Herbert & Iain M. Banks in particular) but only started writing it 5 years ago with a novel, ‘Ferox’. I study foreign languages and forage for food in my spare time, as well as trying to prise a living from an 86 acre of scrub near Thames. I have a lovely missus, Mal, and a beautiful little heading dog, Kara. - Specficnz

Hi, I’m a lover of all SciFi and good stories in general. The desire to tell my own stories has been there a long time and after winding down my business I now find myself with the time and inclination to do it. My five SciFi stories are available as ebooks on Amazon. They are Regan’s Reach, Orbital Envy, Confluence  Point, Avarice and the last in the series, Retribution. The Regan’s Reach series has a kick ass NZ heroine and has been a lot of fun to write. I am presently working on two new books which may become series of their own. I don’t know how others view writing but for myself I have as much fun writing as reading. I hope you do too. - Specficnz
