For your media studies article, you can use your script or this press kit. But don't stint on the design as you will be using this for your Folio board as well. So for your folio board, you will need to go through the design process which is made up of a few mock-ups. Reflect or get feedback, make changes to the design and then make a final version which you will use as your press kit.

You can't use a template for the media kit if you are using it for your Folio boards but you can use the templates to get some ideas.
For Media Studies you should make sure the written part is significant. I recommend writing up a review of the film along with a bio of yourself and the others involved in the movie.
