Pick some of your favourites and make notes about what you like about each one and what things you think didn't work particularly well. Keep these notes as it will be needed for your assessment.

 

Now create some mock-ups - Poster or a pamphlet. Try out different fonts and make notes about what works and doesn't about each mock-up.
