Terms and Conditions
When you hire Reshwity Publishers you are agreeing to the following.
Estimates and quotes:
These will be based on a sample of at least 1000 word sample provided by the client. The estimate is an approximate quote of what the project will cost based on the time, complexity and type of editing required.
Once Reshwity Publishers has started work and they believe they will go over the estimate they will contact the client and keep them informed.
If the client wishes for all or part of the text to be re-edited Reshwity Publishers holds the right to consider this a new project and to charge accordingly. But a new estimate will be issued before any work is completed.
Reshwity Publishers reserves the right to charge more than the standard rate if the job is unusually complex or the job must be completed in a short time frame.
Deadlines:
Deadlines will be set by Reshwity Publishers and they will endeavour to complete all work by that set time but not guaranteed.
Deadlines can be changed by mutual agreement.
Payment :
All payments must be paid within a fortnight of an invoice issued. Reshwity Publishers reserves the right to ask for full payment advance under certain circumstances. Reshwity Publishers also reserves the right to ask for 30% payment before work is commenced. For projects that will take more than one month, more than one invoice may be issued.
Interest will be charged on late payments of 1.5% per month
Reshwity Publishers reserves the right to withhold work until fully paid.
Termination:
Once a project has started, to terminate work, Reshwity Publishers needs to be informed by writing at least a fortnight before the deadline and paid for work that has been completed so far.
Liability
Reshwity Publishers will endeavour to be as accurate and as effective as possible. The final manuscript rests with the client so Reshwity Publishers will hold no liability as far as New Zealand law allows.
Any loss due to delays or loss of work outside of Reshwity Publisher control will not be Reshwity Publisher's responsibility.
Reshwity Publishers will not be held responsible for a third party or client plagiarism or copyright infringement.
Confidentiality
All work received will be treated with the utmost respect and will not be shared with other parties. No information will be shared with other parties.
The client acknowledges, before work is started, that they have read and agree to all terms and conditions.
